FOR ENTREPRENEURS

The Fleet Management Department of VÚB Leasing, a.s. is made up of experienced specialists who are fully and exclusively dedicated to the operating lease product. For clients, we have 5 options for financing vehicles prepared in the form of an operating lease:

Closed calculation

provides the client with absolute control over the costs spent on each vehicle. This calculation includes financing and all client services (in particular, service, tire repair, settling insurance claims) in the form of a fixed monthly installment.

Part of the calculation is:

  • financial installment
  • motor-vehicle tax
  • registration fee for the vehicle at the Traffic Inspectorate
  • highway stamps (SR) for the entire period of the lease
  • Compulsory contractual Insurance
  • collision insurance (CASCO)
  • additional insurance: seats, luggage, windshield, ...
  • Maintenance / service: warranty and post-warranty service
  • Tires: summer / winter tires, seasonal replacement and storage
  • VÚB Leasing Assistance Service:BASIC / PLUS_14 / PLUS_30
  • Fuel cards: Routex - OMV, Shell, Slovnaft
  • management fee

Additional services

  • GPS Vehicle Search System
  • Logbook through our partner
  • PickUP service (customized service for the client)
  • Replacement vehicle at the customer’s request

 Partially closed calculation

intended for clients who do not require service and tire services as part of the operating leasing. These services are performed directly by the Service and the client is subsequently re-invoiced by VÚB Leasing a.s. All other services are included as a closed calculation.

Open calculation

this type of calculation does not set fixed monthly payments with services. Service items under agreement with the client are open, which means that the direct costs incurred on the vehicle are re-invoiced to the client. The details of the setup are dealt with at the beginning of the contractual relationship with the client.

Fleet management services

a service to help companies control and optimize fleet costs. The client either owns the vehicles or has them through financial leasing. Fleet management allows clients to enjoy the benefit of the services and the settings of our partners in the area of service/tire service, Assistance service with a spare vehicle, fleet management. We monitor the technical condition of the vehicle and the correctness of billing for the service, repair and tire service items on a tax document.

FOR CONSUMERS

Closed calculation

provides the consumer with control over the costs spent on their vehicle. This calculation includes financing and all client services (in particular, service, tire repair, settling insurance claims) in the form of a fixed monthly installment.

  • registration fee for the vehicle at the Traffic Inspectorate
