When should you call VÚB Leasing Assistance Service?

  • in the case of a broken-down vehicle (e.g. a damaged vehicle after a traffic accident)
  • vehicle malfunction (e.g. the malfunction prevents driving, damaged electrical installation)
  • the vehicle informs the driver via the on-board computer that the vehicle cannot continue driving
  • damaged tire (e.g. a defect)
  • improperly filled fuel
  • the battery does not have the required voltage (e.g. the vehicle cannot be started)

A vehicle towed by self-help does not have to be understood as a broken-down vehicle.
